49ers and raiders sharing stadium?

I can't post links cause I'm posting with my iPhone but I just read an article that states the NFL is urging the raiders and 49ers to work together and make a joint stadium similar to what the giants and jets did. It would truly be a state of the art facility and they can use video technology to make it seem as if it is each teams own stadium on game days. I don't mind this idea at all. I went to candlestick last year and that place is a dump. That's not to mention how horendous it is just trying to get in and out of the stadium.

I think the biggest issue is finding a place to build it and which side of the bay it would be on.
