Who can also be signed is not something that is a fair question. The bigger question is trade value. Was he worth more on a max deal that tradint him while he has perceived value.

Its honestly hard for me to compare Murray to anyone else in the league. Hes one of the most passive players ive seen whos been drafted this high and can do no wrong by a franchise

He’s not on anything close to a max deal though?

Your asking who can be signed. Nobody can be signed period outright in nba. Everyone even the trash teams are either at salary cap or over it.

The real question is do you sign him or trade him for value before its destroyed.

You say we signed him to be 3rd option I disagree. He was our 5th overall pick and even Derozan said it was his team.

He needs to be at min 2nd option for this money to be worth it

Seriously? Ill give you defender. But his passing is trash. His scoring is not better by any measure, especially in a 3pt heavy league. He barley gets any double doubles. And hes been playing PF.

But even besides that. In order for a guy as passive as Murray is. He must be a good 3pt shooter otherwise it doesn't work.

What do you perceive his value to be? What is the relative value of a player that makes $24M in the modern NBA? Because I would say that the value of such a contract is the player you already have.

Who said I was speaking to you on that portion? A member said hes being paid like a 3rd option
