Pancreatic cancer apparently runs in my bio dad's family: in the last sixteen years, five of my aunts and uncles (and my grandmother) have either died directly of pancreatic cancer, or had been diagnosed with it at the time of their death.

Oh my Slim. I'm very sorry to hear that.

I was off social media all day, I knew he was gravely ill but after a really good, productive seminar series today I opened facebook and saw the tributes poor in and ... damn. RIP Space Man.
