Kings finally playing to their strengths.

Fox should start aggressive and make that imprint early in the game.
I think this is where a Keon starting could really help keep Fox this aggressive on the offensive end. Basically "hide" him on the weakest perimeter player and let Keon/Keegan take the tough defensive assignments. Let him keep his energy for just relentlessly attacking the paint over and over.

This is a critical moment here. The Kings just have to keep grinding through this struggle. They get into deep trouble when they get frustrated and try and take short cuts out of these. That's what got them down a bunch to begin with.

I mean if Fox wants to start winning, maybe he should do something about the 1-7 for 4 point half.

Clear as day the last 3 games when he stayed aggressive and kept control of the offense. At some point, he's just got to establish the pecking order that he eats first and things run through him. But he's so often content to just defer and it ends up killing us.

That doesn't mean ball-hog, but All-NBA scorers don't just sit back and be content with 4 points in a half.

People can (foolishly) ***** and moan about ancillary guys like Huerter (and unfortunately Keegan right now) on offense, but I said this all last season too; this team only reaches it's ceiling if Fox is playing like a top 15 guy every single night.
You think this team becomes a threat to advance in the playoffs, if two of it's starters (and volume shooters) are not producing?

Strength of schedule doesn’t seem to factor in travel schedules or 3 games in 4 nights type deals. And we were down 3 of our best 4 players for a week. This is stupid talk, even tonight we still don’t have Monk.

Huerter and Keegan do no matter if Fox is putting up 1-7, 4 point halves. We need Keegan and Huerter of course, but they only matter if Fox is playing like the top 15 player we expect him to be on a nightly basis.

Fox probably feels like he has to do it himself since his teammates arent providing anything on offense. Eventually someone else will have to chip in aside from derozan and Sabonis.
