Keegan, Huerter, Domas and Fox are a combined 3-24. That seems not good

No effort, no urgency, nothing. I think pretty easily the worst half the Kings have played under the Brown era. After 3 days off no less. We were in a significant talent deficiency without DDR and Domas, but at least those dudes were out there competing and trying. This freaking blows.

To me Lyles has been much better than Domas. Domas seemed to be forcing everything too much.

Maybe, but that's also because the other 4 guys are just sleep-walking on the floor. He's trying to make something happen, get some damn life in this team.

Too often the case man. Fox and Co will take a game off and leave Domas on an island to try and create the momentum/energy.

Thinking about giving up hope and taking your bet

Honestly, I prefer to get beaten this badly than just a few points. It is a wake-up call to the delusional FO to do something tangible before the trade deadline or be mediocre till Fox and Domas are past their prime.

The adjustment in the 3rd quarter is going to be interesting. Credit to the Clipps, they locked that paint down and played really good defense. The Kings got a little spooked by it and they just plain collapsed. It seems like every time Fox wins a player of the week award he comes out right after and starts the game off deferring.

Keep in mind the team is 1 game over .500 playing the worst schedule in the league to date and it’s not close

https://powerrankingsguru.com/nba/strength-of-schedule.php

it’s possible we are just a bad team.
A bad team would actually be below .500. The fact that there are only three teams with winning records in the top half of that strength of schedule chart, according to your site, suggests that there may be some context missing from the equation.

i meen what does monte expect with one wing, 10 guards and no bigs on the team. the core is majorly flawed and the coaching looks terrible. the offense is random isos and bail out off balance threes from failed drives.

I feel sorry for the fans that actually paid to watch this game. This team is not showing any heart, desire, or energy. Big part of that is coaching. I hope to see some improvement in the second half because this game is unwatchable.

In theory the margin of the win matters (NBA Cup) but I doubt in case of a defeat there are chances to make it to the next round. Still this is a weird group, Portland beat Minnesota that beat us.
