Well, I’ve had British sports cars that had better starts than this team. Hopefully Dougie’s taking notes and tomorrow night he’ll ride the bench a little harder and bury Dennis on it deep

NBA playoffs are going to be wild this year, at least in the West
Nuggets have Jokic so it’s hard to count them out but I honestly don’t know if they really have the depth to make a run (this has been their problem pretty much every single season since they lost Jerami Grant for nothing).

Jonas is going to picked apart on defense when teams start game planning for the postseason which leaves them with Bruce Brown and old THJ.

I’d say they should look into trading for one of our guards but they have ZERO picks to work with and really no salary pieces to move.

The Bucks need to make a trade for one of our guys. Wemby, SGA, Jokic and Durant are going to beat each other up in the playoffs. Knicks and Cavs are good but Giannis is the best player in the East. They need to go for it but they don’t have a ton of ammo. Might need to settle for a scorer

Yeah, if they meet the Warriors again 48 minutes of Jokic/Val is going to be a dream come true for Curry. Cam Johnson should play better but this is exactly why the Kings trading major value for him would have been stupid. It's like MPJ right now, usage is tricking you to an extent.

Malik would fit in perfectly with the Bucks non-stop pick and roll actions.

Any one of LaVine, DeRozan or Monk would be perfect there. Schroder may even look good there with Giannis and the fact that they need a primary ball handler.

Depth is a bit questionable but Joker is him and Jamal is playoff him. Hell, Gordon is him in the playoffs too. Cam isn’t going to shoot 20 percent from 3 all season. They might be a 50 win regular season team that is just that much more deadly come playoff time.

It does feel like they are missing that pure talent from MPJ. Cam can be a good system scorer typically but without MPJ they don't have that other guy where it feels like they're a threat to score without help.

If they meet any of the upper tier western teams l, they’re probably in trouble. OKC is going to just get those bigs cross-matched all night. A series against Houston would just be Sengun and Jokic taking turns cooking each other. Lakers would just have Luka run pick and roll actions all game.

Obviously it’s Jokic so they’ll just have to take those lumps but I’m not sure their ceiling is any higher than it was the last couple of seasons just because they replaced MPJ with Cam Johnson and managed to find a backup big who isn’t DeAndre Jordan.

They almost beat okc with 1/4 the depth they have now and Murray actually showed up in shape for the first time since there title run

Not for nothing but they also are missing Russ off their bench this year too, who gave them another pure talent guy.

This team looks so much better whenever Ellis and Clifford are on the floor. Eubanks was really impressive tonight. Jokic just went right around him to score but that's what superstars do. All you can ask for is that the guys compete. The energy looked better tonight from everyone. A full rebuild might be wishful thinking, but I'm patiently waiting and hoping that we'll see a lot more of Ellis, Clifford, and Carter to go along with Keegan Murray in the second half of the season. That ought to be a fun team to watch. Russ and Monk can stay too as long as they distribute the ball and don't try to take all the shots.

Played hard for the most part. Got beat by a better team. Still got them ping pong balls. What more can you ask?

Roster construction problems and some questionable rotations are tough to overcome against any decent team let alone the Nuggets.
Agree.. I thought the rotations were pretty spot on for the first 3 qtrs and then went back to the ole faithful in the 4th and things kinda stagnated again

How on earth didn't Christie make a single challenge in this match? I get it about the possession early (that Jokic was fast to inbound the ball) since it was Domas foul but there were at least 5 more clear cases that he could call one (Gordon tackling himself, 2 Keon fouls, one Domas foul, Jokic flop and so on) but still he did nothing. Won't even mention his trust to Dennis that if it was Keon, Devin or dunno who else with that kind of performance for a 3rd match in a row he would have been waived.
But yeah everybody is hater, and faker... only he loves the team and knows better than anyone.
