I get you have to run different defensive philosophies with the pick and roll to change it up, but every time we run the drop coverage it's like nails on a chalkboard to me...

If you have some players who only play hard on offense and some players who only play hard on defense that means you're playing short-handed on both ends of the court. It's a recipe for ending up in the late lottery year after year.

There's plays where the 2-man game looks freaking sweet, but more often than not it just looks awkward and like they don't really know how to play off each other yet. Which, is honestly fairly inexcusable after half the season last year and a full off-season
