Really what I've read is it is very possible now that there is a new owner and a new arena coming that the Monarchs return. Sacramento can only hope right? :D

It just seems like it's the same old stuff with this organization except with new people running the show. It's hard for me to see a bright side through all of this if the team management plans on doing what they are rumored to believe in. It's scary. It's haunting how much of a train wreck this...

What about John Whisenant? That's a name folks in Sacramento probably remember. He was the best head coach in Monarchs history and led them to a WNBA Championship.

Hello all! This might not be the right place for this thread but like many in Sacramento I'm hoping for Vivek Ranadive and his ownership group to re-expand the Monarchs. Has anyone heard any news or rumors about this happening? Thanks!
