What a humbling game for Thompson. This could have been his last game as a Warrior and maybe the worst he's ever had.

And as I understand it he was the key counter to the Warriors sagging off on Sabonis in this game. I'd like to hear more discussion of that later, but the whole dynamic of Sabonis and Looney went out the window in this game.

I'd give Murray and Ellis co-MVPs on this one. Both young guys took huge steps up in their respective games tonight. The tide seemed to be ebbing in the 4th, but Mitchell, Barnes and Murray made huge pressure shots to prevent GS from coming back. Great, great defense in this game.

Nice to see a couple of 3s drop for Fox. That could be a huge factor in the 4th.

Ellis is the best guard in this game so far. It would be nice if it continues.

Murray better take 30 shots or more in this game because Fox can't hit the broad side of barn from 3. It would also be nice if Barnes could make some 3s.

The Kings haven't played well under pressure coming down the stretch. Hopefully, they realize how much of an underdog they are so they can play with a "nothing to lose" mentality and play with aggression rather than fear.

But when it comes to the guard lineup there is no weak defender. Couldn't say that with Heurter and Monk in the lineup. Now if a Kings' guard get picked off the other guard should be able to hold up fine. Of course if Kerr manages to get say Curry on Barnes or Sabonis that's another story.:D
