Well, the domestic cups are elimination bracket competitions. But teams from all leagues participate. Most nations have hierarchical soccer leagues: 1 main league, second level league, 3rd level league(s), 4th level leagues, ec...winners and losers of these leagues move up and down the level...

I am going to enjoy it. I like cups. I think the group and knockout games will be more competitive than regular regular season games. The players will care as well because its a chance to make life better for poorer paid teammates. I think its going to be fun.

is this a Cup where all the teams play? and then the final 4 are in December? Cups work in european/world soccer cause there are multiple leages bellow the top leage and everyone participates. but here there is just one league. so why have a Cup?
