I just don't understand how he received such an overwhelming negative response from everyone. He's sick of the Maloofs, so are a lot of people. Doesn't seem like a reason to tell a poster "bye bye, you won't be missed"

My point exactly. Not many people seem to want the Artest/Maggette swap to happen, but had it been Peja/Maggette we'd all be feeling differently about it. We basically would have gotten a one year loan in Artest which turned into Maggette.
