True, I don't care for him as a player, but that doesn't mean that he doesn't owe us a 100% effort and/or explanation of his absence. And most Kings fans agree with that assessment. It's as simple as that.

Actually, as fans, it is, in a way, our business. It's a public team with public players, and they can't be surprised that many of us want to know what's going on. It's part of the territory when you sign-up to play professional sports. He owes the fans an explanation of his absence.:cool:

If it's a death in the family, he should disclose that. Other athletes do it all the time...it's perfectly acceptable. His failure to do that only fuels the speculation that he's on the trading block and isn't happy about it, therefore using the "personal reasons" excuse. That's what I think is...

At some point I will expect Miller to tell us what's going on. The Kings are spiraling out of control, so it's not a good time to lose a starter for mysterious reasons. But if he comes back and starts to play better and more aggressively, all will be forgiven, but not a moment sooner.

If he needs to be away from the team for a legitimate reason, he needs to let everyone know what that reason is. His failure to do that only causes speculation. He's a public figure here, and I expect him to explain why he needs time away. All other athletes do it...why is Miller an exception...

I can't be a fan of this team. They give me no reason to be a fan. Now, if they start to give a decent effort, I might reconsider, but at this point, I won't cheer for them simply because they have the word 'Sacramento' in their name. People that do that are, shall we say, softheads....

I am disgusted with this team, and I'm wondering how many games they'll win the rest of the way (maybe NONE?). This team has no chemistry, no cohesive offensive plan, a stand-around, lazy defense, no ball movement, bad fundamentals, and just overall incompetence. Just move to Anaheim, already...

Yep, they're a mess, all right......... Yes, this is a mess of a team. Jog & gun offense, and no defense. No ball movement. Selfish, stats-oriented players. Miller afraid to act like a center. That adds up to big problems, folks. This team is imploding right before our very eyes...
