While I agree that's ideal that only works with Lauri and Kuzma. BI's current contract doesn't allow that. Does that change how you value each player as it pertains to making a trade? Just saw you like CAM as well. That contract works without giving up Barnes as well.

I'm not loving our changes against the warriors & pels/lakers but what's crazy is I'm confident that we can upset the Thunder in a series. They might be the darling of the nba but are very unproven and of all the top 3 seeds in the west I'd choose the Thunder to match up against 10 times out of 10.

No, Damien and KC basically spent the entire show on Tuesday talking about Kyle Kuzma. They realized this a few hours in and decided they didnt want to disrespect HB then talked about him a good bit on Wednesday.

That's fair but the assumption is that Keegan ascends and becomes the 3rd option and Sabonis figures out his midrange game. Albeit thats not a guarantee, it's essential if the kings are going to be Contenders. If kyle can play Barnes' roll on offense and bring 8 rebounds a night plus better...

I'm warming up to the idea but for the right price. To me if Kuzma is averaging 20pts a games its a bad look. Let's say he commits to defense and rebounding while being the 4th option on offense. What is the contract number you'd feel comfortable paying him?

I don't think Monte makes this move unless he's confident he can land a fish. Let's let this play out .

Key Question..... Is a guy like that worth 25-30 mill a year? If so, is he good enough to make you a title contender? If the answer isn't yes to both then you can't commit that kind of contract to that guy.
