It's always some type of nagging injury for Fox. If it's not his foot/ankle, then it's a finger that sounds like it could lingering issue all season. I fear them giving him another max deal, and not getting anywhere close to that value

    Power forwards of the past

The 3 point shooting obsession has turned power forwards into centers and small forwards into "stretch 4's"

Here's a random thought. Does anybody think the bench was better two seasons ago, when Metu was an option? An athletic power forward, who could also play the 5 and run the floor as a lob and shot block threat.

    Keegan “KEEGAN MURRAY” Murray

Your best player has to be a top 2 option late in games. Murray isn't that at this point

Im not sure that they were prepared for DeRozan to be the #1 option and it has their rhythm off a bit. I think they will settle in

Monk and Huerter shoot a lot of deep 3's, from well behind the line. Can't be helping their %. I'd like to see them be more selective, but at the same time I'm sure they feel a lot of responsibility for getting the team to a certain number of attempts. I've always wondered if it would help...

For whatever reason, they've consistently been hurt by opponents 3 point shooting since Brown got there

He's one of the best shooters of all time, going up and over an out stretched hand. That's the main reason he gets fouled. They're not just "giving him calls", but he actually takes more quality shots than most with a hand right next to his

Huerter let it slip in an interview, that their defensive focus is to take away the inside and force the ball out to the 3 point line. I was shocked when he said that. Would seem to indicate a lack of team self awareness, if this is actually true

Not sure why we would want Murray to have to bang with stronger bigs, if he doesn't have to

That's Brown talking a bit too much. Play him at the 2, before ever playing him as a 5

He's hitting a couple 3's a game now. Go ahead and leave him open. I'll take as many good shots from him as we can get

I think he can. He's not relying on speed or his peak leaping ability. It's pure iQ, skill, and shooting talent
