He needs to completely re-work his defense, not improving it. His defensive stand is poor, his hand is always down, he tries to sell offensive foul too much, when his guys drives to basket, his hands are up like he's surrendering and just back away.

The kings literally have to be coached every single possession on offense in crunch time otherwise it will always end up a bad shot.
