He looks like a pro and acts like one. JT whining, frustrated, always complaining to refs is the real frustration. Maybe one is actually a better NBA player than the other one.

We vitally need that, just as we vitally need a defensive presence in front of the rim and why Aldrich looks so good for us. It's someone filling I role we vitally need.

Heading towards isn't the same thing as getting there. The Jazz were heading towards the playoffs, too. Last time I checked, Patterson had played in exactly as many playoff games as Thompson has.

EDIT - And, as kingsnation points out, if Houston thought he was that good, they wouldn't have traded him for a guy they don't even play.
