[Game] Kings @ Pistons 2/17/12

Hey Reke, we are almost at halftime, do you think you will ever start playing tonight?
The stats don't show it, but Reke has been playing pretty well tonight. Only one outside jumper and lots of good looks for teammates. He has been aggressive getting inside and then getting our bigs clean looks.

Well at least he's setting guys up inside. When all our players realise 2 things - the importance of going up strong (Cousins has been dunking it! Tyreke needs to too when he he's coming down court that fast. A lot harder to control the ball off the glass when you're coming down that fast), and the importance of moving the ball - we'll be pretty good.
I agree, he had a couple of good passes, but this is not enough for him. We need him to produce much more. We are not going to win this one if he doesn't step up in the second half.

So if we lose, it's Reke's fault and that is predetermined?

Well if guys are scoring well and he's setting them up then he doesn't need to score. But we must not move away from moving the ball ala John Salmons. So far we've been pretty successful when we don't settle for 1 on 1 outside shots.

I don't know where you got that... I was just saying that we need him, he is too important for us. If you check his stats in wins and losses, you can see that when he does not produce we are not able to get the W. I'm not hating on Reke, I love him like I love all the Kings players not named Salmons and Outlaw. That's why it's hard for me watching Evans not playing like he should and could. He had an average first half, but we all know that he is capable to do much more. That's all I was saying, and I know I could be 100% wrong, it's just my idea.

If Tyreke continues the second half as he did the first, he'll have 6 rbds, 8 assists, 4 blocked shots, 4 TOs. Oh, and we will win. Not sure what you expect.

Edit: Oh, I see, he needs 20 points.

Jimmer really starting to show a lot of poise out there - he's growing more NBA confident with each game. (but it's now about time to put MT back in for the finish)

The one who knows his own limitations better, and yes I am quite fascinated that a NBA guard cannot dribble left.
Reke just drove left and finished left. Guess your opinion means crap, if you can be that wrong about something.

BTW, he's been able to drive left his entire career. It's finishing left he usually can't do regularly.

Well he also just drove left and turned over the ball for a 3 point play I guess I can cherry pick plays too

How is he cherry picking a plays? He said he drove left and made it, you said he drove left and then turned it over. That's two plays doing something you said he couldn't do??
