I can't believe this. I always imagined myself watching the Kings as I get older, waiting for that one day that we get sweet revenge on the Lakers. Now I'll never get to see that. The good guys lost the battle and the war this time. It may be a business to the Maloofs, but to many of us its our lives and I can't believe that they can turn their backs on the fans that sold out 17 out of the last 26 seasons. The fact that they are moving to Anaheim into a arena that is only a few years newer than Arco just throws salt in the wound. My parents used to fight alot when I was younger, a sadly common story. It tore me apart to see them fighting, and the only thing that could take my mind off of that was the next Kings game coming on tv... It was like my own brand of calming therapy, and it still is, in the sense that I use the Kings to escape the stress of life, if only for a few hours out of my day. I'm sure many of you can relate. We all love this team, but in this terrible world sometimes money is stronger than love.
