Play the guys my way for awhile.

Teamwork is most important but here is the way I would change playing time for better or worse.
Start and give the starters more and lots of minutes:
Beno, Garcia, Casspi, Thompson, Cousins.
First subs, play them less:
Jeter, less
Head, less
Greene, less
Landry, less
Dalembert, less

Play the starters more minutes and play them together more deliberately. Let them go through whatever hell they have to but keep it up. If one of them or all of them screw up throw them back in until they get it right. I don't believe we'll do any worse and I would expect it to get better.

Make the starters play a lot more game minutes. I've had my say and I invite your ideas for such a change of pace.

I still like Donte starting. Garcia for Head would be ideal though. If Head doesn't see any time what so ever, that would just make me a very happy person, not that it means much based on how the team is playing anyway, but you catch my drift.

AGREED w/OP: PW said he was shortening the rotation a couple weeks ago but it seems to still go way, way too deep. 7-8 deep is better than current 9-10 deep. I like your Casspi over Greene absolutely, since at least #18 has not lost his deadly intense interest on the basketball court every second he's on it. Kings seem to stumble the most when getting into their deep bench or at least going with players who don't exactly have a hot hand - yet replacing ones who are hot (or at least showing some warmth). Since current starters are clearly among most NBA mediocre 1 thur 5 - what does that make our bench? Use what ever expletive you wish to describe that Kings crew around 8-12 on the depth chart. Push the starters out there and live with 'em come hell or high water as you basically put it.

I like Beno Garcia Greene Thompson Cousins while Tyreke is gone and then the bench Dalembert, Landry, Casspi, and Pooh right now. Head and Jackson should only see garbage time.

We've been tryna keep faith for the past 4 years. This new team that the organization chose to put together this year is a joke! I love the Sacramento Kings to death and always will...But this new team and this whole "Youth Movement" is a freaking joke.....

I think fan support is the issue with this team. There is no way we should be this bad. I thought about the Raptors for a moment. They have a RABID fan base. There are always people at the games and they get LOUD, and the team plays hard. Maybe the OKC fans were a big part of the Thunder pulling 50 wins out of their butts last year. GSW as well; they had a strong record before David Lee got injured.

The Kings have got nothing.

Sorry, but the Thunder won 50 games because they have a superstar on their team in Kevin Durant and another budding superstar in Russell Westbrook along with a good supporting cast.

No, this is pretty much what a youth movement looks like. Inconsistency abounds! How many of them are old enough to order a beer?
Unfortunately, there are no solid vets on the bench to help support them. They're on their own for the next year or so, anyway.
