[Game] Raptors @ Kings Game Thread

Agreed. Never been a fan of PW and his stint with the Kings isnt making me a believer. I'm curious to see how patient the FO will be with him.
what hes doing with donte and JT to some extent and hawes before that is head scratching, but whats worse is these slow starts and stagnant offense.

Being down by 8 going into the 4th is real good considering how terrible these guys have played, hopefully that steal and dunk gets Omri going for the stretch run of this one.

Do we have any clue what it is that he is trying to do? Wish I knew why they were getting minutes/not getting them. Is it bad play? Maybe an attitude problem? I think I follow the school of thought that lets players play their way out of slumps instead of just cutting them out almost completely.

Yeah, that's my problem as well. If we're rebuilding, establish some rotations and give the young guys a chance to learn. If we're not going to have patience with youngsters, you better have some savy vets stealing their time (not Head, Wright, Udoka). And regardless of who plays, teach some effective offensive and defensive sets. The ball doesn't move on offense, we can't get boards and we play lazy d. The coach has to figure out how to change that.

It would be nice to see some kind of steady rotations wouldn't it... Westphal is all about playing the hot hand in my opinion. Which is cool if the goal is scraping by, but not so much when building cohesion within the units.
