As tyreke was driving in the lane and made that shot, i threw my arms up as I sat in my computer chair.....I fell backwards and hit my head on my dresser....BUT I DON'T CARE!!!!!!!
Please seek medical attention - it sounds like you may have a case of Acute Occipital Havokitis!

Congrats Kings on finally getting another road win. Gotta love Tyreke Evans (and JT down the stretch too!). I can't wait for Kevin to come back to help solve some of the sloppy offense during the middle of the game. Go Kings!

They were able to keep it close against a team that also relies on key young players.Justconfidence in crunch time.
Exactly.

Yes, the Kings ARE a young team, but so are several other teams in the league.
The "we're a young team, road wins will come in time" just won't hold water in the long run.

These kids really showed character in those last few minutes.
Nice defense (some unfortunate bucks boards though), and one awesome drive.

After 4th quarter:
Reke - 24 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals, 6 turnovers
Jennings - 15 points, 6 rebounds, 9 assists, 1 steal, 1 turnover
kings win by 1 point. it was a good way to end it. jennings hit some clutch freethrows and tyreke makes the game winning layup.

Paul Westphal just asked post-game who he would compare Tyreke too? What he said is sooo funny and typically ironic of the Kings head coach. "I've not gotten into all that but I guess... Secretariat.":D

This team really needs a center and play offs will be really close! The only thing that bothers me on Evans stats are turnovers...

Evans, Beno, JT and better defense won the game!

Kingster

Hall of Famer
The thing that's amazing about this kid is that he should have won it on the defensive end when he got the steal, and when he got fouled but there was no call. So no problem - he just wins the game on the offensive end at the next possession. Unbelievable.

Geuhhh

Tyreke is too sick haha. Great win and great performance to push him farther ahead of jennings. Beno was really solid too, nice to get the win tonight

What an Awesome Matchup !! Now that's NBA BASKETBALL!

WOW what a great matchup between Evans and Jennings! Great game by both players but a BETTER game by Evans! And how about the defense by Beno on Jennings? Awesome! Kinda sketchy rebounding there at the end, but they pulled one off on the road!! They never looked like they were out of the game or that the tide was turning. It always looked like it was going to the very end, and it did. Amazing that 2 rookies were battling at the end of a game for the win.

I was surprised that Wesphal gave Hawes so much praise after the game in his press conference. I didn't see it. I thought Hawes had another poor game. But if the coach said he did well what the hell do I know? I'm ok with that!

But Evans clearly had this game circled on his calender. He really had an outstanding game capped off by an even greater finish. He just SMOKED Bogut in the post. Bogut never had a chance! He crossed Bogut over so badly that I thought he was gonna fall backwards AND down. Amazing take to the rim. Allstar like. A lot like Dwayne Wade goes to the rim. I am more and more certain that this kid is VERY special every game. I think the Kings have hit the friggin LOTTERY on this kid!

Great game by JT as well, especially against a bigger player like Bogut, who is turning into a pretty decent big man lately. Only goes to show you it takes longer for big men sometimes. Maybe we just need to be more patient on Hawes. He still needs to get stronger but in a year or two who knows? GO KINGS !!

On a side note, I have never seen Michael Redd play so poorly. I didn't even recognize him. He had no jumper. Sad to see a player of his status play like that. Hope he turns it around

on a second note, Spencer looked like he played a little better
You know, it looked like he had some fire in his game tonight. I liked it when I saw Tyreke Evans chest bump him at the end of the game. It just looked like he was more of a part of the team tonight. I hope that this is the beginning of his turnaround. I really want to see Spencer succeed!

Wow, postgame interview - I can actually understand what Tyreke is saying. Did he finally take that long overdue speech class?
Sad, but true.

Totally aside from Evans, sports scholarships really make me sick...
Colleges BEGGING for certain athletic individuals with the IQ of potatoes while other hardworking intelligent individuals cant get the time of day while trying to get in.

Anyway...

Just finished the game from DVR.

WTF was up with that horn? Can you imagine being in that section, even if you were an avid bucks fan?

Ive heard that sort of thing on a few games, but never to that annoying, consistent degree.

Disgusting, disrespectful, and dismal to other fans, the broadcasts, and anyone involved with the game to any degree.

I almost turned the game off like 10 times.

I hope that MF'er is happy that the bucks lost, and that Tyreke put up better numbers than Jennings.

Exactly.

Yes, the Kings ARE a young team, but so are several other teams in the league.

Only two teams are younger than the Kings.

I didn't mean necessarily youngER teams (I admit I don't keep the chart right here on my desk, so I don't know where the Kings rank exactly), but simply young.
Actually it's hard to find as I went to check. And there can be a difference between having a young team by average age; having the youngest starters; or having the least experienced team. One Memphis site has the Kings and Grizz as the teams with the least average years of NBA experience. Of course, a very good team is quite young and that's the Blazers. I think they may have an edge in the experience average though.

Oh...I meant to add a my comment about Tyreke WOW Evans. Amazing. :D
