You can quit rolling your eyes, Rock. You're the one that started the "no offense." I merely echoed it - albeit somewhat sarcastically - but only because I've said many times that when someone uses "no offense" they're usually about to say something they know will offend someone or at least get heated disagreement.

I couldn't resist poking the stick at you just a little.

Well, we definitely need depth, don't get me wrong. I'm just loving all of the experience our young backcourt is getting right now.
So because the kids are getting experience you want to keep Cisco on the bench and out of the mix?

I have to heartily disagree. I'd rather have a plethora of players available who have the hustle and heart of a Francisco Garcia any day of the week.

Westphal is showing he's really working to give minutes in an equitable manner. I don't think it's going to change when Cisco (and Martin) are able to return. If anything, having that many options and that much strength is going to give the Kings depth off the bench that will create matchup hell for some of the other teams.

Geez, guys. Give it a rest. Why not enjoy what's going on instead of reaching to dump on a player who isn't even on the freaking court?

Bobby Jackson, Kevin Martin, Joe and Gavin Maloof sighting. And Joe looks better than he's looked in a long time. Hopefully he's feeling better.

Points well taken. I dont think we should keep him on the bench. I just think the young'ns are getting valuable experience right now that is going to help us down the road. No need to rush Cisco back is all I'm sayin. :)

They won't rush him back. He won't get medical clearance until they're totally convinced he's ready...

And I truly believe Cisco is part of the future of this franchise so he needs to be part of the development of the kids.

I like Sergio because he likes to push the ball up the court.
Partially because he's more of a "pass first" point guard and isn't looking to see what the defense is developing as much as he's looking to get the ball up the court and out to whomever is open.

It seems like Donte never comes into a half twice. Starts the game then is done for the half, starts the third then out for the game.
I think it's a matchup situation right now. Westphal is trying a bunch of different combinations AND keeping fresh legs out there since the TWolves played last night against the Lakers.

Well you got me. There is no possible way I could disagree with you because if I said that Cisco is too old for our group, then I'm saying I am old, considering I am slightly older than him. LOL

How bizarre is it that Cisco and Martin are the two veteran Kings on the team? NBA time passes very quickly.
