done deal id say, hope its a good move, time will tell. Gives us scope to continue the rebuild and assess the situation in a few years time when were closer to competing. Defintely a step forward

This coaching search leaves a bad taste in my mouth just like the last one did. One of our candidates signed with Philly, one wanted more time, one pulled himself out of consideration, and we went with the fourth guy. It doesn't exactly sound like we got the guy we wanted. I'd be surprised if this lasts more than 2 years.
