Kings @ Lakers Game Thread

I think it's too early to tell for sure, but I'm sure impressed with what I've seen so far.

Thats kind of my point is how impressed I am so far. I see alot of people say its to early. But from years of watching basketball he isn't doing anything that looks above and beyond his level. In fact what makes me so optimistic is that he makes ALOT of mistakes and he is still making a difference. When he cuts down his mistakes and gets his control down.... hell I hate to make comparisons but, he looks alot like "you know who". He is getting double doubles now can you imagine when he settles down and and don't make mistakes and puts more polish on his game. This is his 15th NBA game and I have seen ALOT of improvment since preseason.

I pretty much agree right down the line. How ironic is it his first favorite NBA player was Chris Webber and the first authentic NBA jersey he owned was Webber's???

Watching him play, I can truly understand a little better what Petrie is striving for...and it's so much fun it's almost scary.

Not really. The Lakers are 10-1. That's not a fluke. I'm more impressed with the little things like how good the kids are doing than the actual score. It's rebuilding, remember?

I can't say it enough. When you see that, you're gonna see good things. Mistakes? Oh, hell yes but the heart of our Kings is almost unbelievable.
