Not believing remotely this will happen, but it's what I want ;)

Final Four - Rutgers, Stanford, LSU, Tennessee

Most Anticipated Games -

Stanford vs Maryland (mother of ALL post matchups and battle for the perimeter)

ODU vs Virginia NEEEEDS to happen, because that's always a cool game.

Rutgers vs UConn (obviously ;))

Rutgers vs Tenn would be HECKA awesome - the NCAA would have about a zillion people monitoring every clock and person who could possibly touch a clock or even spell clock. And every official would sweat EVERY non hanging .2 seconds of that game. That's about the only reason I'd be cool with Stanford not playing for everything. Redemption.

I know we're not highly favored to win against UConn but hey, I still believe

::shaking fist at Rutgers:: what in the HELL happened?!?!!? I was traveling today and missed both games, although I got score updates for much of the Rutgers game and STILL can't comprehend how that did not go to Rutgers

Awesome 1st half for Rutgers...then they stopped being aggressive.
Very careless with the ball, I still wonder how UConn made it this far?
I know they are solid, but Rutgers shut down Moore for the most part.
Was it coaching? Vivian looked stunned.

I'm pulling for Stanford & Tenn. to make it, I won't be dissapointed if LSU gets in...

WTG - Stanford Cardinal!!

Does anyone know the last year that the Cardinal made the NCAAW finals? I know I could look it up, but.........I am lazy. :eek:

What an unbelievable finish. Tennessee to play Stanford.

Now, I don't know who to cheer for in the finals. My two favorite teams are playing.

And about two dozen executives at ESPN step in off the ledge.

If they had to host a championship game without Connecticut AND Tennessee, there would have been much jumping out of buildings in Bristol.

I will not be upset if Candace and Co. get another National Championship, but I agree that there is another special player who deserves a Championship.

So, it is down to Candice vs. Candace. Should be a good one!

Congrats to both teams...I wanted Tenn. & Stanford as well, I just feel for Coach Chancellor & Fowles. LSU was awesome, the missed free throws will haunt them no doubt. They should be proud to have been in a position to win, a great clutch play from the Lady Vols takes them back to the big show.I'm rollin with Stanford, although Tenn. would have been my 2nd favorite!

Eh... well, how about I'm not rooting for Stanford because I just don't wanna? :p

Seeing as how I don't live within three hundred miles of any of the teams in the Final Four, and I'm not an alumnus of any of them, I was rooting for the matchup with the greatest level of national interest, which was Connecticut versus Tennessee... Why wouldn't I?
