They did that last week to. I think it is because they are not allowed to air any Kings or Monarchs games on khtk.com because of nba rules that they also are not allowed to air any kings or monarchs related shows either i.e. monarchs and kings talk.

Possibly, but Monarchs Talk was streamed a few weeks ago. Although I think that was the only time they've streamed it since the show started back up. Oh well...guess I'll have to start leaving work a little earlier to catch the show.

This makes no sense whatsoever. Kings Talk/Monarchs Talk is not an NBA/WNBA property, and the NBA/WNBA has no jurisdiction over them. If that were true, then KHTK wouldn't be allowed to air any program over the internet where the Kings were mentioned, and that would also apply to any other radio station in the country.

There's no rule against it; it's just laziness and/or jackassery by the people running KHTK.com.

Don't know but I suspect it might have been a "test" of some kind or someone forgot to throw the switch. It does happen.
