Please, no boos for Mr. Fox, who spent 7 1/2 seasons laboring, yes laboring, in Sacramento. In 5 1/2 of those seasons, he averaged over 20 points per game, and in 4 1/2 seasons, more than 6 assists per game. He won the very first Rick Barry award in 2022-23, and was also selected as an All-Star that year.

No Domas and Monk - two most important players for our offense. On the other hand, defense is much, much better. Except DDR. He never tried and never will.

ESPN, the Athletic, they all post "stories" from Fox POV, that he was unaware that they put him in the trade block, all he wanted was for Brown not to get fired, his only demand was for the team to bring wings (like Cam Johnson) cause wings wins championships (like Giannis), and that there were other teammates that wanted Mike Brown to be fired, but he wanted him to extend which happened at the end.

I was trying to be neutral in this situation, not to blame Fox for everything, not to blame the F.O for everything either but with those "Klutch" movements of his again it's like he thinks that all people will buy them.
If I were Fox I would sit this one out and prepare a surgery for the finger. Acting like the victim all along "I truly wanted to play for one team my whole career" BUT they forced him out probably.

A lot of juicy info in the Athletic article today.

Anjali Ranadive and Jeremy Lamb were allegedly growing in influence among the decision makers. One team employee joked they would be working for Lamb soon.

Monte was against the firing of Mike Brown

Sabonis is expected to seek clarity from the organization this summer. Has some of the same concerns Fox did in regards to instability

Anjali Ranadive and Jeremy Lamb. I can already picture the championship parades.

This is the way. Thank you my brother. wish it could be coordinated.

Fox seems to have had that article drop today hoping to be booed and it will have him go Angry Fox and hulk out on us but I think after 7.5 seasons we all know he can't just willingly turn on that anger.

It all could have gone so many different ways, each of them better than the current one. Fox simply could have said 100+ times "thank you to the Kings organization, thank you to his teammates, thank you the fans". All cool. Things happen, life goes on. Instead, Fox keeps crapping all other the place, everywhere, all the time.
I wonder, if DC and current Kings might take it personally. To open hunting season for the little fox. Keon, Keegan and Jake - to keep Fox's scoring under double digits. That would be fun and I approve it. Enough is enough.

The easiest way to keep De’Aaron’s scoring in single digits would be to give him a standing ovation.

We’re pretty good at trapping guards but I don’t think that can happen with Jonas starting
Every King's opponent with Jonas starting now should watch 2 clips from the last Dallas game. Coaches and training staff have to drill one axiom: "Stay away from the paint because that real estate now is occupied by JV's body". And don't look JV into the eyes because there is a high chance for the development of urinal incontinence.

I know I'm over the Fox stuff at this point. Vivek is already viewed incredibly unfavorably around the league. I can only imagine how much more of a turn off it would be for other players if his inexperienced daughter and a young washed out NBA player are heavily involved in team decisions. Vivek and his entire family need to retreat to the shadows and focus on cutting checks and that's it. They've done enough damage. But I think Vivek and his massive ego wouldn't let that happen.
