the more thought I put into it, the more it makes sense why so many injuries are piling up for players this season and this whole load management approach. When practicing/training it's overdoing it rather than doing it smartly such as an "active recovery" day but this is me speculating, I don't know or see what happens after the cameras are off.
They need to figure out scheduling in a way that load manages for the players without missing games. I know teams share arenas with NHL and other entertainment, but they gotta just find a way to clean up the travel and either spread the schedule a bit or knock off some games.
IJ quick post move. There's an NBA player, just needs to add a few more parts to make it fully work. Needs a consistent jumper and more consistent on defense. I think he's a legit good post/around the rim lob threat though.
Kings move into 8th spot in the West with win tonight. DC now 19-10 since taking over as interim head coach. All is good moving on to Denver with the 4 game win streak.
If he's willing to do a 1+1 we can definitely make it worth his while.
I would hope that whatever rule keeps us from re-signing him at market value keeps Memphis from giving him the MLE (not that I think they would). But hopefully we impress on him that Sac is a nice place to be. Without all the Fox drama and just enjoying the DC coaching experience maybe it's good.
