The Game Thread Dude
I had a quick notion of going back and checking the ESPN broadcast to see how the national announcers treated that second half, then remembered that it was Mark Jones so it kinda wouldn't count.
On the other hand, Bob Myers sounding like a grieving widow as the team he built continues to get torn to shreds is always fun.

Warriors have to feel bad about this one. Sure they were short handed but they were up the whole game and got great performances from Wiggins and the bench. 45 percent from 3 on high volume should almost always result in a win.
They don't have the talent level to save themselves from the games where they slop the ball around anymore. Being a sloppy team is coming back to bite them.

Oh for sure. This is a crushing loss for them. You could tell they were highly motivated for this one. And like you said, 22 made 3s USUALLY gets it done. I know they have a long stretch of home games coming up but this could be a game they look back on and point to as the one that finished them off.

They had all hustle but they lack talent to keep up with the Kings.

I think there was a card shown in the postgame studio with Deuce and Mo.
The Kings had 4 big comebacks vs Mavs/Sixers/Heat/Warriors under DC and only one (at Miami) in the MB era.
The Warriors broke most of our morale (fans watching the game) but not Kings players... a month ago we would have lost that one by 30 or something.
I don't know if us the fans will reach a point that we will refuse to believe that we can lose matches like these, being down by many points, while just 3-4 weeks ago we couldn't believe we could win matches being up ahead with similar margin.

I think we have already reached that point. Warriors are a lottery team with misfit parts. Once the Kings turned up the defense and attacked their middle, they had no answers.
