If Brown were to be fired, who do you all see as the "next step up" coach waiting in the wings? Who are we missing out on by having Mike Brown?
Personally, after the years of dysfunction, I've been very happy having a solid, competent coach. He certainly doesn't walk on water, but I'll take his skillset and experience over "gotta go watch the tape" any day (twice on Tuesdays). I've been advocating for an "offensive coordinator" coach for quite awhile now, and I think that would fix a lot of what ails us from a coach performance standpoint. The disconnect with in the team, however...
