I don't know what happens in the Eastern Conference since I don't watch matches there due to timezone but when it comes to the West we are by far the... Worst/Less Coached team during the games. Obviously MB likes what he sees (regardless of what he says in the press postgame) and just watches his players applying his instructions that were given before the game. So he does nothing during the game. He only did that in his first season and a bit in his 2nd. So in his first season he got COTY, Monte got executive of the year but in 2nd season none of them got a single vote, and in their 3rd season in this ESPN ballot that was released recently Monte was one of 8 I think front offices that got zero votes.
Is it a form of reverse psychology standing there with his hands inside the pockets? Why he started to change like that? Does he know that the team can't improve and looking for that compensation in case he gets fired? Are we ever gonna see him getting a "T" or sent out going at it against the refs after multiple bullcrap calls against the Kings? (yes I know it happened once already this year). Why in all his previous teams he was doing well in his 1st year and then was getting worse and worse after that?
He stopped taking fast time outs in the beginning of the game though the team has awful starts over and over again (he takes some at the start of the next quarters), he doesn't change the current starting lineup despite of the recent bad starts, I don't know what's wrong with him but this whole different behavior is not working, in Greek "passive" is actually called "pathetic" and that's what describes him the most. He really has to change, be more active, more vocal, unless he gave up and if that's the case there is no point keeping him.
