what about applying full court pressure for the majority of the game, and I don't mean those which are just kind of strolling along with the ball handler but being active with the hands and feet
Yeah, players probably can't sustain full court pressure for a whole game but throwing it in here and there has worked. Brown just doesn't do until almost the game is lost anyway. It's mind boggling.

I'd stop helping off of the corner 3 for starters. Our closeouts are late every single time because that defender hedges into the paint. I'd be overly aggressive at staying tight on shooters. You just simply can't let these 50%+ 3P% vs us keep happening.

Offensively, just keep pulling the open looks. You have to trust they're going to fall eventually and our whole offensive concept is built around Fox/Domas/DDR getting to the rim, collapsing defensive attention and finding the open shooters on the outside.
What the F was Kevin doing there? The Kings ran great switch on the ball the play before and he's sitting on someone elses man that play leaving the corner LITERALLY wide open.
the helping off the 3 point line has been my biggest complaint with this team for a long while. Why they continue to do this is a mystery to me

with Fox, Keon and eventually Carter when he plays, it would be a shame to not use that quickness to play some disruptive back court defense

Like WHY is Keegan tagging Gobert there. He's ****ing LATE challenging that corner 3.

I'd say it's a miscue from Keegan, but this crap just happens all ****ing game. Loucks needs to go, this scheme is trash.
Check out the play that starts at about 4:39. Just unreal stupidity of a defensive scheme, despite them having missed the shot

That's another one of those things that bugs me. Why is Fox taking the ball out of bounds? You want him to get the shot, not give it to a lesser talent.

-Someone's got to step up and help Fox here. Although him getting stripped like that every game is a bit annoying.

Fox 3-4 from 3. Rest of the team 3-13. Not good enough with no DDR and Monk.

-Someone lock Loucks in the locker room and abandon this defensive scheme. It sucks.

-Lyles "de facto" starter minutes, thought he played well. Not sure why we screwed around with the Len starting, just put us behind the 8-ball for no reason. And we didn't go back to it, so pretty clear Brown doesn't believe in that grouping. So why do it in the first place?
