I realize you’re Anti-Davion Guy #1 but Davion legitimately played Fox and Monk better than I’ve seen almost anyone else do in the league. Not an excuse but it certainly helps with those numbers. (Doesn’t explain all the missed threes though)

Yeah, and you could tell practice helped. Davion knew the moves they were making since he's seen them a million times. Fox did too though. Fox bodied him up predicting the move as well.

Also as amazing as Deebo was in the fourth quarter and OT, he had like five turnovers in the first half including like two where he just randomly halfassed a behind the back pass directly to a dude in a Raptors jersey.

Kinda. But I didn't really see Davion do much more than make Fox a little uncomfortable. Fox looked out of sorts by anybody guarding him. Gradey got him a few times.

This was actually a very educational game because a lot of this now becomes strategy and result. Is prioritizing helping off the corners and giving up high percentage 3 point shots and not setting up your half court sets in crunch time survivable? We know the Kings have two options to carry them late in games and still have Monk to get them through when they absolutely need it.

They made 7 more threes than us, yet another game where our opponents out shot is and yet another team that isn’t particularly good at the three game.

It's funny how Derozan went 2-7 from three and IS NOT a 3pt shooter and Fox went 0-11. Fox needs to man up.

I'll be honest (and I'm a BIG Fox fan). Fox can't be sitting back waiting for the franchise to compete when he puts up stinkers like this when the rest of his team is doing what they should. If he wants that contract, he can't play like this. Bottom line.
