I feel like replacing BI/Daniels/Nance with Murray/HB/Huerter/Duarte is a theoretical net negative though haha

It could be. Right now they are probably most interested in just creating a spot for Murphy. They know it's either him or Ingram at this point and the smart move is obviously sticking with Murphy now. They don't really need the offense Ingram brings with Murray there.

If it's true that Monte is going to have to wait for what PG13 is going to do, he should be putting a short leash on any conversations with the Pels. If the Magic enter the race they obviously have the upper hand in a trade scenario and you don't want to lose out on any other options to add.
