Yeah, but DFS is a totally different archetype than HB. If DFS doesn't take a shot, he's still impacting the game. The sole reason HB is on the floor is because of his shooting and scoring.
HB taking 3 shots isn't "not running plays for him and getting frozen out". It's him not demanding the ball enough and impacting the game the best way he can.
Obviously, I'm not expecting 7/12 for 19 points in a half, every game, but he has to be "selfish" enough to know why the hell he's on the floor. He's had several possessions here in the 2nd quarter where he just bullied his way to the rim for a shot attempt. Go do that, get to the FT line.
Also, also, this half might be another GREAT reason to move him to the bench unit, where he can be a lead option with Monk. Split up his USG with the starters, etc.
