Awful 2nd qtr. As soon as Len and Davion went to the bench, they torched us. And we excaberated things by chucking up 3s. Feels like 3rd quarter of game 4 all over again
Well after hot starts both Fox and Murray cooled way down. It's interesting how so far Fox has been apprehensive of his drives. That finger might be hampering his float game. He's going to have to start owning that paint next half.
Poor effort from Brown and honestly the playmakers. They know he's not going to go impose his will over the higher USG guys, but the team needs to realize he's the only one spacing right now and look to get him involved and get him shots.
He doesn't force anything and it has to come within the flow of the game and their offense. The team needs to run plays for him, instead of worrying about trying to get Huerter going
I really thought the Kings were going to come out on fire on both sides of the basketball tonight. I expected much more from the team... I really thought they wanted it more, but I guess not............ Incredibly disappointed in them.
As soon as the defense sticks to him he also tends to stand around a little. There was a few plays where he was wide open on spot shots though and was nobody even looking his way.
Kings need to realize how good of a team they are. They pressure of the playoffs just means you need to know how good you are, and to play your game. This is a mental battle. Coach Brown will speak victory into them at the half.
