Looking at the replays of the stomp I see a strong case for a suspension. He seemed to grin about 3 steps later...I hope NBA gives this a long look...
It was clearly intentional - and meant to injure - because he at first stomped, and then STOOD on and lifted off his right foot to deliver as big of a blow as possible.

If I'm the commish- that's five games minimum, and I'm probably sleeping on it and upping it to seven - putting him out for sure for the rest of this series and a little extra because of that push off. 5 games for the stomp, 2 games for the push off.

But ACTUALLY if I'm the commish - gone for the rest of the playoffs. Need to send a message with this type of stuff. Just end his season.

I Agree, the replays tell the story. He was clearly in damage control with his post game remarks...I thought his response to the question about whether he was surprised how long the man stayed down, and the smirk, "no" was telling. There is physical basketball, but this was something way beyond that.

Honestly, I was almost more disgusted with Draymond’s antics after the play. It’s one thing to make a dirty play, but then to essentially celebrate the dirty play is low.

Looked like he started jawing with someone in the crowd afterwards as well?

If the play itself isn’t enough for a suspension, his actions after the play are. Overlooking that kind of behavior is a really bad look for the league.

This is where the league needs to look. He was attempting to GLORIFY his behavior. Dude is a straight up criminal. And right in front of Adam Silver. I don't think Mr. Silver found that to be particularly respectful.

This means you have to send an even STRONGER message. End his season.

The Warriors are straight up REELING right now. They just got punched in the mouth and, especially after their adjustments didn't work in game 2, feel like they are running out of options. They are very, very nervous.

They didn't envision this happening at all. They were ANGLING to play us. Can't remember - were they one of the teams that openly stated they'd prefer to play us? Imagine the humiliation if/when they lose this series. They'll blame in on the league for suspending Draymond of course. I can already hear the excuses...

Time to stomp them out (metaphorically of course).
Yes and if i recall correctly their reasoning was "It's a short ride home."

Indeed indeed...

I wonder - does the Sacramento PD have jurisdiction here? What rights to players sign away when the get into the league in terms of experiencing violence. We have video evidence of criminal assault - I said this right when it happened in this thread. Assault.

I'd love a headline tomorrow or the next day of Draymond being charged with felony assault.

Upon watching the stomp replay again, I think it will be a one game suspension for Draymond.

Domas does grab his leg and it does look intentional then I think in retaliation Draymond stomps on him.

Since the stomp was excessive, I think a 1 game suspension.

If Domas hadn't grabbed his leg beforehand I would think a pretty long suspension for Green.

Also, the stomp did look a little worse than I originally thought, hopefully Domas is ok

Let me first apologize to Barnes and Davion. I’ve been doggin them all season and they are showing why they belong. That vet presence has been irreplaceable for this run
Having Davion, Fox, Barnes, Sabonis and Monk out there at the same time is insane. All of them can shoot, but, most importantly, they're all pitbulls that will go to the rim with zero fear and all of them have nice touch around the rim. Couple that with the Warriors having no shot blockers to speak of, and that spells trouble for them in every way.

I've been watching replays of the incident for 15 minutes...I can't see how it can be framed as anything but an intentional act, and one done with purpose. I know it could be seen as battery, but this isn't gonna happen. If the League two-steps around this then they have no standards whatsoever.
Kerr dodged the question in his presser. Said he didn't see the replay.

Warriors commentators (which is what I got for this game) kept trying to exaggerate the Sabonis grab. That's how I knew Dame tweeted in support of Dray because the Bay Area studio literally opened with that tweet in total agreement.

Putting my fandom aside, this is disgusting for them to even try justifying an assault.

I 100 percent agree such a dirty dog playing punk

I sensed Kerr was lying when I heard him talk, just seemed like he was lying
