Yeah, I think the pouting is going to get into full swing here soon. Brown had a meeting with him and his people after getting hired, that said it all. They clearly wanted guarantees and those are in the trash at this point.

I hadn't heard about the meeting. I wonder what they asked for, from a coach he had not even played for yet?

They did. As usual hit us in the mouth and we were down 9-1 early. But a big change with the Mike Brown Era is we keep fighting and don't just let the game fall away. Such a fun change as a fan to watch

Yeah, they gave us a couple of jabs at the beginning, but no right cross to chops.

Malik Monk a total stud. Might need a change where he's in the starting 5 and move huerter down to the 3. Just adds such a dynamic offensive guy to play off Fox Sabonis.

I'm ready for Metu at the backup 5 full time. His athleticism played super well and he at least keeps out of the paint offensively. Had a few really nice passes too to set up easy shots. He and Lyles are pretty well securing those backup big minutes.

Fox/Sabonis just starting to cook together and it's so fun to watch. They're a hard duo to shut down, especially if we're nailing the drive and kick.

I'd like to see us start the third with Monk, Huerter, and Murray on the floor. Maybe being the guy defenders cheat off of will help reignite Keegan's game offensively.

I like the chemistry Kayte and Drapes have developed over the last couple of years but Mark Jones and Kayte is probably a top three announcing crew for me right now.

Neither team is playing up to their full potential, imo. The Kings have yet to have a night where virtually everybody is playing well. Tonight, Murray, Barnes and Mitchell and to some extent Heurter are not impacting the game like they can. If not for Fox, Kings would be in a world of hurt.

to be fair I knew that they started the first off slow from what I gathered on twitter while eating dinner. so I know this isn't my personal viewing jinx but damn. I remember when double digit leads at least took a bit longer to evaporate.
