Hall of Famer
One thing that has been consistently good through the first 5 games is the assisted baskets and ball movement. Despite the same results Kings aren’t having those games where they are going into the 4th quarter with like 12 assisted baskets and too many stagnant possessions with guys watching the ball. That has been a signature of Kings teams for the last 16 years and it appears those days are over. Especially with Keegan in the lineup. Also, Fox has been surprisingly playing effectively off the ball a lot.

All the starters have 4,3,3,3,2 assists in the first half.

Awesome half! Everything finally clicked. Solid defense. Helps that we are playing a struggling heat team but I will still brace for a butler led comeback in the second half.
Loved Brown’s rotation that first half. Lyles seems like a logical third big since he has a similar style as Murray. Seems to just slot into the lineup better. While we also got a little bit of TD, I think we need to stick with either Monk or Davis…never both.

Now I want more than a win. How about and easy win?

For starters, how about a 3rd Q in which the Kings actually BUILD on the lead?

I'd love to see a 4th Q largely given over to the bench.

The fact that the Heat are a struggling team and the Kings are not playing down to their level is really promising.
