Sabonis actually played pretty well down the stretch today though. He just lost all touch around the basket to start the game.

It's Barnes forgetting how to play basketball that's been the problem.

PG dropped a 40 burger on us, missed a billion FTs, most od the rotation and our best player was bad.

The only real issue is that bench. Yikes. Brown has some work cut out for him trying to figure out Monk and how he fits in.

Yeah, but I don't think that y'all were counting on Barnes to be good, per se. I think that you were counting on Murray to make Barnes obsolete, and for Barnes to, at best, be good enough to offload for a pick, or something.

We know he was dangled but was Monte looking for value? If he could have cut his deal in half or into pieces Monte needed to do that last deadline. He could be the reason the Kings don't have real space they could use next summer.

Disappearing for games at a time while looking like he's on the verge of death only to revert to the mean with a string of huge games is sorta Harrison's thing though. He'll be back at 16/7 in a couple of weeks.

I think we have to give Monk some time to gel with Mitchell. He seems to be a bit lost about his role with the 2nd unit. We aren’t really calling plays for him, but we brought him in for his offense and shooting.
