Switching actually keeps the defense honest if you run REAL small small ball lineups with size at SG, SF, and PF and don't over help off the perimeter. Neither of those is very prevalent in their system.

True, but it still goes back to the reality that this coach obviously doesn't know who you play has a huge effect on how you play. On either end. He just doesn't get it. He'll also switches with Whiteside and Bjelica out there. Is the switching the issue, or is it the rotation? Chicken? Egg? Doesn't matter, still laying one in the end.

Hassan simply existing if he was in zero-try mode would have been a better defensive anchor than everyone else tonight. And he hasn’t shown to be in zero-try mode at all during his stay here. It’s completely unacceptable.

Well, atleast Tyrese looked good again.

To me the most exciting thing about his game is his ability to adapt and how quickly he learns. We some of his warts in this game; he isn’t a good finisher at the rim and doesn’t have much midrange either. I guarantee by next year he will have improved big time in those areas.
