Walton and Fox lost the game.

Walton should’ve pulled that unit that opened the 4th after a minute of being unable to score a point. That was a 10 point turn around that they couldn’t make up.

The first three quarters, Walton out strategized Budenhulzer.

Fox blew like 8 layups/dunks n missed like 8 free throws. He was sped up n didn’t adjust to the bucks defensive game plan, which was to push out on defense, be handsy, and funnel players to Lopez. Fox often drove into the teeth of the Bucks defense without being sble to convert anything. Shoot that mid range, you don’t have to always beat everyone off of a live dribble, let the defender come to you, bump him, then drive. He was sped up n wrong footed against Bledsoe (happens every time), because he’s afraid of Bledsoe’s physicality.

The other guards, as a whole, were sped up as well.

The Bucks off n def systems are simple n easy to copy. The Kings should adopt some of their philosophies—especially the handsy part. Hell, the system has Divicenzo looking like an all world defender (he’s not).

You forgot one small, tiny detail. Giannis plays. KIngs are not even in this game. It's a blowout, like the last game. That's the difference between having an multiple All Stars and a team that hasn't had one in 15 years. One player like Giannis changes the whole complexity and mental makeup of the team. Not one, 2, or 3 players on the Kings can contain Giannis. If Kings won, it would mean squat. Just like their empty victories against a Kawhi less Cipls team and a the Heat without Butler. If Kings lose a player, any player for an extended time, It really doesn't make a difference in their W-L. They will still play inconsistent.

Must have killed you to have to wait through that little kings win streak to finally get to post in a kings game thread.

Kings were without Holms, who elevates the King's defense to another level and is the most consistent contributor to the offense. All 3 teams you mentioned are still winning teams without the missing players. Bucks are now 5:0 without Giannis. So, with or without their stars all of them are good teams.

That's why their 21-32. Oh, yes that Giannis guy wasn't there tonite. Kings lose by 30 if he's playing and it's not even close. The Only teams Kings beat consistently. None. Every Bad team in the league has victories against good teams. Kings beating the CLips without Kawhi, Heat without Butler. GIve me a break. Kings don't win any of those games against those teams at full strength. Good teams are consistent. Kings can't even spell the word.
Maybe you belong somewhere else. The Kings are showing signs of life, and I think it is worth recognizing.

Holmes is a nice player. But sorry, I don't overvalue players. Holmes is not a great defender. He certainly can't guard Giannis in anyway shape or form

Reading some of the comments in this thread really hurt my heart. The Kings played the BUCKS and held their own for 3+ quarters. The finger-pointing and blame assessment is ridiculous IMHO. People can hide it any way they wish, but there are some here who only show up when they can justify bashing the players, the coaches, etc. That's just sad IMHO (as a fan, not a mod).
