I do not like that much this free agency for Kings.. lot of unrestricted FA who you need to overpay and players who are not fit for Kings, because of position thay play or character..

Randle and Gordon are playing in position that is crowded, and they need money and minutes.. Parker is more a PF than SF, coming from an injury and a bit of gamble, which would be ok if he is SF.. than LaVine, even if they can play him SF, would required a lot of money, and ball in his hand, plus he is not character fit for this team.. Smart also costs and also would be interesting how his character would fit Kings..

also Kings have veteran presence, so they do not need to sign more players to fill that gap..

so if I am Vlade I would just try to get some cheap contracts and to acquire assets from team that want to cut salary..

I like Nemanja Bjelica, he is stretch 4, but played SF while Jimmy was injured.. guy who is perfect fit on and off court, will do everything for a team, playing or not.. 2 years/10 mil I would offer.. especially if we can trade one big..

also Hezonja, he can explode, good character, also I would offer him similar contact..

other than that I would not try anything, just use cap to absorb bad contracts and get assets.. it would be great if there is posibility to atach for example WCS together with that and get young SF, but chances are not high..

the way I see it, Kings have young core, with future starters and future rotation players, and they will need a big name free agent to raise to another level, most likely SF.. so now that they can not get any, no need to spend money on big contracts.. try next year imposible to lure Klay Thompson or if not Tobias Harris.. if not wait one more year..

franchise is not in need to win now, young guys will grow and an oportunity to get good FA will come.. only stupid thing now for Kings would be to give bad contracts to players who are not sure thing..

At the end of this process, I want another good player on this team

No prospects

A good player. Capela/Nurkic/Porter etc, something along those lines

No injury question marks or unfulfilled youth

Just Have Zach,Bogie,Buddy,Justin,Shump,Temple have a 3-pt shooting contest before each game
Put the top 2 in Starting Line up at 2/3 and next 2 top shooters as backup 2/3!!!!

The Denver Nuggets must not only envision Barton as a versatile role player. Four years, $50+ million is starter money &, with the Nuggets in need to shed salary, I would not be surprised to see Barton starting at small forward after Chandler (potentially) get traded.
