I've been super hard on our goofball owner, but Vivek's Vlade hire is lookin' pretty good right about now. He's like the anti-PDA. Brings people together.

They'll never admit they were wrong. They'll try to spin it as saying he got lucky for somebody with no experience or some other such blather.

You know what? I don't think the majority of Kings fans care about the few Vlade haters in the mix.

@CelticsFan , you have been called out after I saw your vote in the poll. Who was your preference of coach to hire? I'm not saying you are automatically wrong, I just want it on the record who your preference was. You could very well be correct as only time will tell.

Hats off to Vlade for getting this done, I think he's going to be a great fit as long as he's fully supported by the FO. We are making big strides towards being taken seriously again and it feels great. With the way it seemed planned to go after Joerger all along, I am convinced Vlade and Dan know exactly who they want to go after in free agency and the draft. It's a good feeling.

Kinda strange, to be sure. It's like having real parents back in charge instead of a flaky babysitter who spent too much time on her phone.

This, to me, was always the issue in Vivek's tenure. The hires were always out of order and there was no unity in the front office. Therefore, instead of one unified voice there were multiple ideas, multiple agendas, etc...

I think that this coaching search went as well as it possibly could. Vlade took his time and this extra time allowed time for the right guy to get the job.

I think it was a good hire just don't really know about the fit. My first thought is how does Cousins get along with him
