Smart: Maybe. He plays in the East and he has the ability to be a good player. If his offense comes together then yes, but if not, then no.
Exum: No. He's been very very very raw this year, but he does flash a few nice things. His passiveness isn't going to get him anywhere.. especially AS a PG. Doesn't lead enough and his game isn't all there. He can develop into a very nice player, but I don't see AS.
MKG: No. 3 years in the NBA and he still can't shoot. Fun fact: Stauskas has more made 3's than MKG's attempted 3's.
Zach Lavine: Maybe. If he develops well, he will get into the AS because of his athleticism. I see him as a fan favorite despite him playing for Minnesota. He might not be deserving of an AS, but if he can put up 17pts 4asts, it'll be good enough for him to make AS.
Tyreke Evans: Probably not. Plays in the West and he's at the peak of his career right now, but I think he's going to down spiral down a bit. He was a much better overall offensive player his rookie year, than he is now. Right now, his IQ and shot creating have increased, but his explosiveness took a backseat.
