Boogie & Rudy's Excellent Adventure

Please no international incident. Cousins and someone got into it a bit - at final handshakes! Coach K jumped in to seperate along with few players and cooler heads prevailed. WOW!

I Don't think it was Cousins. It looked like he was just stepping in to break it up. Thompson was going at it with one of the Lithuanian twins

You may be right but thought I saw very quick glimpse of Cousins moving near Valanciunas (presumably for handshake) and it erupted or started to erupt. Probably have to await locker room comments or usual Twit feedback to find out.

It was not Cousins as the world probably thought it was. Thompson was trying to shove and separate everyone. You can clearly see Rudy shove someone and step back and was shouting at one of the Lithuanian twins. Probably about getting elbowed in the mouth.

Can't tell much anything here other than a few minor ruffled feathers. It did look like Curry and Thompson were in the thick of it. Look at Anthony Davis face throughout - as in what this??

except the idiot TV guy said "I don't know if it was DeMarcus Cousins or..." So of course that's all most people heard
Whenever I read comments like this, I wonder how many Kings Fans live in such a Kings-centric world that they legitimately can't name any basketball announcers besides Reynolds and Napear?

I thought we looked really good in this one as well. The recurring theme seems to be that the opposing team/refs are able to slow the game down for about 20 or so minutes, preventing us from getting into a rhythm. Eventually the likes of Curry/Thompson/Harden/Irving start making threes, the opponent starts to fatigue, and we blow the game open in the 3rd. It's not as pretty as previous USA teams but a blowout is a blowout.

More than just other teams slowing it down, almost every game now has been marked by our guards coming out like a pack of selfish heroballing twits. Before halves we have almost no ball moment, maybe one pass once they pass halfcourt, an then whoever has it quick shots some stupid contested shot. Amazing how much that does not work. Then at halftime the coaching staff passes around what have to be the heavily dogeared See Jane Pass readers again, and everything looks better after halftime.

I wanted a little bit of adversity. I want Cousins and Rudy to bring something back to the Kings this year and show us how things are done. A win against Spain could have gave them the confidence.
Personally, I think all of this is great experience, especially for Cousins, no matter who we beat.

Conjecture I saw (on Reddit) was that Cousins came in and pulled multiple people out of the "fray." It does look like he comes in and gets one guy (looks like Drummond), then Klay, and then comes back and gets Faried, kind of dragging them out of the skirmish. If so, awesome.

EDIT: Go to this link and load the first video, and scroll the window to the right. Looks to me like Boogie is pulling people away.
