I don't think the Kings think they're better. I think when bad teams come in they somehow transmutate their badness over to the Kings and they (the bad teams) end up with the advantage and breaks a home team should generally get against a lesser team. And yes, I'm fully aware that may or may not make any sense at all.
True. Aside from Cuz and Gay, we really do need to start ignoring the offensive side of the ball. Some already do.
The real question for every other player is are the helping us on defense or are they hurting us on defense. That's the most important question. That's really all that should matter. I really no longer care if anyone outside Cuz/Gay gets hot on offense. Don't really care at all to be honest. Either defend or I don't want you here in the long term. I don't think Malone does either.

Yes. I think that triples it. Malone has to do something that is not going to be popular with a few guys who think they have a guaranteed place in the rotation. Yes, except for Rudy and Cuz, no one else counts. They have to demonstrate that they are worthy of being on this team. The coach has to show he has that much pride snf confidence in what he wants.
And there's a size issue as it pertains to IT in a team defense situation.
Gay/JT did a great job shutting down the P&R and forcing the escape pass. Then however, Kemba just shot over IT where if he's 6" taller, it likely isn't an option.
