Tony Parker scored 27 points, Manu Ginobili had 24 and the San Antonio Spurs won their 11th in a row over Sacramento, beating the Kings 108-103 on Friday night. Tim Duncan added 15 for the Spurs whose streak dates to 2007, but the West's worst team didn't make it easy for the NBA-best Spurs. The Kings led 91-88 in the fourth before the Spurs pulled away with a 17-2 run.
