Seriously, unless the Kings seek to immediately translate Howard into younger players and/or picks, it makes no sense to get a hold of Howard, who is the same age as Artest.

Howard is younger by a year or so isn't he? Plus he has not played in as many NBA games as Howard, and if this makes any sense he has a younger NBA body. In college he didn't play as many games or minutes as Artest was in the NBA. I really don't want Howard either, but if all we can get is Bass/Stackhouse or Howard for Artest I would take Howard.
