(Reuters) - A committee of NBA owners recommended on Monday that the league reject a proposal to move the Sacramento Kings basketball team to Seattle, a move that makes it more likely for a group of California investors to buy the team from its current owners. The recommendation by the league's relocation and finance committee was unanimous, the National Basketball Association said in a news release. A final decision on the Kings' fate will be made by owners of all of the teams in a vote expected by May 13. But Monday's recommendation is expected to carry considerable weight with them. ...
